Yes. All watches are guaranteed to be authentic, and Chrono-Scope guarantees the functionality of each watch, with the specific guarantee period stated in the individual product description. All guarantees are subject to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

Excluded from warranty: rate accuracy, water resistance, wristband wear and general wear and tear, scratches on the wristband or case, and crystal/glass damage. Chrono-Scope isn’t liable for defects caused by improper handling by the buyer or third parties, or general wear and tear. The warranty is voided if the customer or a third party attempts a repair themselves without prior written agreement with Chrono-Scope.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, and any related costs. The watch must be returned in the exact same condition it was sent, with no signs of use beyond checking basic features and functions. If the item is returned damaged or deteriorated from handling beyond normal inspection, the cost of repair will be deducted from the refund.

Yes. All sales are final except: returns are accepted within 5 calendar days of receipt if the watch is not as described or pictured, and Chrono-Scope will reimburse the full purchase price. A refund authorization by email is required before shipping the watch back.

Yes. Every watch is inspected for function and condition, and serviced by a qualified watchmaker if required. Watches are checked both when first listed and again before shipping — though rare cases exist where shipping itself can affect the movement, so buyers are asked to check all functions on receipt and report issues immediately by email.

Yes. Due to the nature of vintage timepieces, all watches are sold as is. Chrono-Scope describes current condition and working order to the best of their ability, but as vintage/antique collector items, no guarantee is given on movement accuracy, water resistance, or other mechanical performance unless explicitly stated in the product description.

Yes – they’re actively sourcing Swiss vintage chronographs (Omega, Longines, Breitling, Heuer, Zenith, and lesser-known Swiss brands), Swiss vintage watches generally, and contemporary Swiss watches (Rolex, Tudor, Omega, Zenith, etc.). They rarely buy quartz/digital watches (except from a few high-end Swiss brands), ladies’ watches, or pocket watches, and don’t buy Japanese watches. Sellers send photos, a description, and price expectations to info@chrono-scope.ch If buying a watch from Chrono-Scope, a trade-in option is also available.
