For sale Heuer Vintage Carrera 1553N Cal. 12 – COLLECTORS GRADE, Serviced
Superb Vintage Heuer Carrera 1153N (third execution) in excellent condition. The highlight of this iconic Carrera is the blue-gray dial in virtually perfect condition and the Cal. 12 automatic chronograph movement. This is a rare opportunity to acquire a Carrera 1153N in collectors grade condition. MODEL / REFERENCE: Heuer Vintage Carrera, Ref. 1153N, third execution
DIAL+HANDS: The dial is in all original condition and virtually perfect. Even when inspected under a loupe, I could not find a single flaw. All printing is original and crisp. The date wheel is clean. The subdials are super-crisp and clean. The tritium lume dots are all intact. When activated with UV light, the tritium on the indexes and hands glows and then fades off. CRYSTAL: plexy crystal in good condition with minor surface scratches.
MOVEMENT & FUNCTION: Heuer Cal. 12 movement in full working condition. The movement is currently being serviced by my watchmaker , It runs strung and keeps very good time.
CASE: the 39 mm stainless steel case appears to be unpolished, retaining the factory finish. The case shows signs of use consistent with the age of the watch. Please refer to the pictures for reference. Lug to lug, the case measures 44 mm. The serial number 293xxx between the lugs is present and still crisp. The reference number is present as well. CASEBACK: stainless steel caseback in good condition with signs of use. The outside of the caseback carries an engraving “C 1216-5”, the inside the is stamped “Heuer Leonidas”
CROWN & PUSHERS: original signed crown, original pushers.
BRACELET / STRAP: The watch comes on new leather strap with signed Heuer steel buckle.
ACESSORIES: Saffiano Leather watch roll
Dial, crown, caseback, and movement signed. The watch is in exceptionally good vintage condition and is fully functional.
WARRANTY: We guarantee the authenticity of the watch. We also provide 12 months guarantee for the correct function of this timepiece. All guarantees are subject to the General Terms and conditions

Given that vintage watches are antique collector items, we do not provide any guarantee on movement accuracy, water-proofing or any other mechanical guarantee unless it is mentioned in the product description.
We check all watches when listing the watch for sales, and again before shipping. In rare cases, shipping can cause the movement problems. Therfore, please check all functions of the watch upon receipt. Should you find any issues, please notifiy us by email without dealy.
