Rolex Cellini Reference 4360 In 18k Yellow Gold – unpolished
When Rolex went out of the box, it created the reference 4360 Cellini, a feast of geometry wrapped in gold. The angular bezel, champagne dial with Roman numerals, and integrated bracelet shimmer together like a jewel sculpted for the wrist. A bold expression of elegance that still feels strikingly relevant today. Please refer to the high-resolution pictures to assess the condition of the watch.
MODEL / REFERENCE: Rolex Cellini reference 4360 in 18k yellow gold. The serial number 6’928’610 dates the production to approx. 1981. Inventory Number: SAS-34-10.
DIAL+HANDS: Striking champagne dial with perfectly preserved, black printing, from the brand and model name to the Roman numerals at the periphery. The three o’clock number shows a bit of print loss. The golden hands are original, perfectly preserved and visually complement the applied coronet at 12 o’clock.
CRYSTAL: Flat sapphire crystal in excellent condition.
CASE: The angular, 18k yellow gold case isapprox. 25mm wide and 32 mm from tip to tip. At around 5.5 mm, the case is very thin. It is crowned by an octagonal bezel, adorned with distinct hour markers that perfectly match the dial’s. The case maintains its profiling lines and prominent chamfers and is most probably unpolished, with original factory finish present. The surface displays light surface marks.
CASEBACK: Snap-on, hexagonal case back in solid yellow gold. The vertically brushed surface shows crisp engraved numbers and no major scuffs or scratches. The inner side is engraved and carries the period correct hallmarks, along with previous service marks. The case was made by master case maker Favre & Perret from La Chaux-de-Fonds.
CROWN: The yellow gold crown is unsigned and appears to be a later replacement. It operates correctly.
MOVEMENT: In-house Cal. 1601 mechanical movement. It has been inspected, runs strong and keeps good time.
BRACELET: Fully linked, integrated yellow gold bracelet with a signed, folded clasp. It fits a wrist of approx.15.5 to 16 cm. It shows light stretch and some surface marks, yet retains the original factory finish.
ACCESSORIES: Saffiano leather watch roll.
