Zenith Defy High Beat 1970s Fume Dial

For sale is a 1970’s Zenith Defy High Beat with fume dial in excellent vintage condition. The main characteristic of the watch is the attractive and unusual fume dial with a wave pattern and the rare high beat movement Zenith Cal. 2832 which runs with 5 HZ / 36’000 beats per hour.

DIAL+HANDS: excellent fume dial with wave pattern. Tritium lume on hands and lume dots are fully intact. Hands and dial are almost in perfect condition. Under the loupe and strong light, you will notice some oxidation on the seconds hand. Italian date wheel.

CRYSTAL: Mineral glass in good condition

MOVEMENT: rare Zenith Automatic Cal. 2832 – High Beat 36’000 in very good condition.

CASE: 37.5 x 40 mm stainless steel case in excellent condition.

CASEBACK: stainless steel factory engraved caseback in good condition.

CROWN: Original Zenith signed crown

BRACELET: The watch comes on a generic steel bracelet with folding clasp.
